My 2022 Bar Exam Experience

The 2o22 bar exam is still a blur to me. I won't bore you with lengthy essays, this will be short and direct to the point.

Preparing for the 2022 Bar

I resigned from my job in order to focus on the review. It was a risk I'm willing to make. It was definitely hard though since i will no longer have a source of income during review.

But I was serious in making sure I would properly study for the bar. I did have enough savings that could finance me all throughout the review until the bar exam.

HOW I ANSWERED THE BAR EXAM QUESTIONS

I used the ALAC Method. (Answer-Legal Bases-Application-Conclusion). Cohesion of the answer is very important. Make it short, concise, and direct to the point.

Only answer the thing being asked. Avoid the shotgun method of answering where you lay down everything you know hoping that at least one of it is correct. The examiner does not have all the time to read all of that. Always remember to impress and make the life of the examiner easier by answering it briefly.

Watch out for the grammar and spelling.

How I studied for the Bar Exam

I start studying at 8am until 9pm. I take breaks if I feel that my brain is no longer in a good condition.

Counting the number of hours is not important. The quality of the study is.

I studied based on the syllabus. I Made it as a guide.

I also read the Bar Chair's cases during free time.

I made handwritten notes per subjects based on the jurists lectures.

I gave myself plenty of rest and enjoy in between studying (movies, anime, manga, webtoons, etc...)
